SensEye sensors

IBIS Technologies launched in the summer of 2012 the new SensEye sensor with an integrated hemisperical prism. It greatly improves the user-friendlyness and avoids the use of oil for optical coupling and risks for air-bubbles. SensEye sensors are delivered with various SPR surface chemistries ranging from bare gold to pre-activated surfaces for protein (array) spotting. The sensors can be applied for covalent ligand immobilization, for binding of biotinylated ligands and for oriented binding of antibodies (Protein A/G sensors).

SC-P-NH2	IBIS-Gold SensorChip that is functionalized with a planar amine group containing layer.
SC-P-COOH-sp	IBIS-Gold SensorChip that is functionalised with a planar carboxylic acid groups containing layer in an inert background providing high specific binding (sp)
SC-G-COOH-sp	IBIS-Gold SensorChip that is functionalised with a flexible, water-swelling layer of carboxylic acid groups in an inert background providing high specific binding (sp)
SC-P-AE-sp	IBIS-Gold SensorChip that is functionalised with a planar layer of activated ester groups for spontaneous covalent immobilization of proteins in a inert background.
SC-G-AE-sp	IBIS-Gold SensorChip that is functionalised with a water swelling layer of activated ester groups for spontaneous covalent immobilization of proteins in a inert background
