Customer support:

IBIS Technologies continually strives to provide our (potential) customers with the highest level of technical and product support.  Visitors of our support section will be asked to first register for an email subscription. Once registered you will be updated with the latest information of our products.   

Script development

The IBIS Tri-angle software uses templates with embedded scripts to run standard applications. In the biomolecular interaction laboratory dedicated scripts can be tailor made for special user defined applications.

Service contract

IBIS Technologies offers to the customers of IBIS instrumentation a standard - or full service contract. Conditions of these service contracts can be requested.
