IBIS-MX96 tri-angle software applies a single unit operation approach to allow a researcher maximum flexibility while keeping easiness of operation for setting up an experiment. A unit operation consists of three elements 1) baseline- 2) association- and 3) dissociation phase. Any test (e.g. from direct bio-interaction sensing to building large macromolecular complexes) can be developed.
